A graduate of Stanford University and Santa Clara University Law School, Irene moved to Palm Springs from the San Francisco area in 2019.  Irene’s thirty-five year legal career was spent primarily as in-house counsel for various financial services-related entities including the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, FICO, Capital One, and Charles Schwab Corporation.  She has served in board positions with both for-profit and non-profit corporations. 

Irene has owned property in Palm Springs since 2009 and purchased her home in the Historic Tennis Club neighborhood in 2015.  She has been on the board of the Historic Tennis Club Neighborhood Organization (HTCNO) since 2021.  Among her responsibilities as a board member is to serve as the HTCNO’s representative to the Organized Neighborhoods of Palm Springs (ONE-PS).

Now retired, Irene takes full advantage of all the activities that Palm Springs has to offer, including golf, hiking and pickleball.
